Thank you for supporting The Housecats Podcast Network. We work hard to deliver high-quality content, merchandise, and experiences across all our shows. This policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.
1. Merchandise (Physical Products)
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

Exchanges for sizing are allowed if inventory is available; shipping costs may apply.
2. Digital Products, Downloads & Bonus Content
Because digital items (e.g., downloadable content, exclusive episodes, transcripts, templates, bonus materials) are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, we will make every reasonable effort to restore access.
3. Memberships, Subscriptions & Premium Access
Any memberships or premium-access subscriptions billed through our website renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Refunds are not offered for partial subscription periods already billed.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Live Events, Recordings & Virtual Sessions
Tickets or passes to live tapings, special events, workshops, or virtual sessions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.
If we reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear.
